DAY 1: ARRIVE KATHMANDU (Dinner)
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Enjoy guided sightseeing tour of Swoyambhu Stupa (also known as the Monkey Temple) followed by welcome dinner featuring traditional Nepali food and culture show.

DAY 2: KATHMANDU - POKHARA (Breakfast)
Journey overland from Kathmandu to Pokhara (7 hours). Enjoy boating on Fewa Lake and hike up to the Peace Pagoda.

DAY 3: TREK TO TIRKHEDHUNGA (Breakfast)
Transfer to the starting point of the trek at Nayapul (1.5 hrs). Walk along the Bhurghundi river past quaint villages and forests of rhododendron to arrive at Tirkhedhunga where you will stay overnight at a teahouse.

DAY 4: TREK FROM TIRKHEDHUNGA TO GHOREPANI (Breakfast/Dinner)
After a hearty breakfast, start your day with a steep climb to the Magar settlement of Ulleri. The trail gradually ascends through villages, cultivated terraces and rhododendron and oak forests to reach Ghorepani (2,885m/9,465ft).

DAY 5: POON HILL SUNRISE & TREK TO TADAPANI (Breakfast)
Climb to Poon Hill (3,200m/10,499ft) before dawn to enjoy breathtaking views of sunrise over the Annapurna Himalayan range. After a hearty breakfast at your lodge in Ghorepani, start walking uphill to Deurali, the highest point of the trek. From Deurali, the trail descends gradually along the ridgeline and through forests towards Tadapani.

DAY 6: TREK TO NAYAPUL & TRANSFER TO POKHARA (Breakfast)
Walk through forests of oak and rhododendron to reach Ghandruk - the largest Gurung village in Nepal where many male members of the local community have served in the Gurkha Special Forces Army. Explore the village and continue on to Naya Pul, where we hop on a car and drive to Pokhara.

DAY 7: RETURN TO KATHMANDU (Breakfast)
Return to Kathmandu & Discover Medieval Bhadgaon Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning. In the afternoon, enjoy guided walking tour of Bhadgaon, one of Nepal's medieval kingdoms.

DAY 8: DEPARTURE (Breakfast)
Your Poon Hill Trek and tour finishes today.
